Thank you for your interest in the Seed, Grow and Sustain (SGS) 3.0 Grant. This form will check if your
initiative/ collective/ group/ organisation meets the priority set out for the call.

If you meet the eligibility, you will be given a link to download and complete the full application form. Based
on your responses, you will be recommended on which level of funding to apply for that best meets the kind
of strategies this grant in this grant aims to support. Please remember to save the full application form or the
link to it, and note that you cannot retake eligibility check as only one submission is allowed.
